Hello my friends. Sorry my entries have been so few and far between these days.
Running + Bikram is a beautiful combination of practices. I have been going to yoga about 3 times a week and running 4 times a week. I feel wonderful. I still think I am crazy for registering for the full marathon; I made a training schedule which will begin in early July. That will give me 5 months, which is exactly how long I trained for the 1/2. It is going to be very time consuming...
Lots of happy things going on in my life, and I have so much to be thankful for. I will share more as things progress.
